CURRENT PROFILE SUMMARY: Presently working as Director at Nation College of Engineering and Technology Guna, Madhya Pradesh INDIA.I have to lead, manage and develop the department to ensure the very best potential standards of excellence in all activities. . I have to supervise administration, demonstrate vision, and empower others in order to deliver the agreed departmental strategy within the Faculty and other staff. I have to ensure that HR policies and procedures are implemented ,corporate communicaton, organize PR lectures and simultaneously other work related to my profile.
